The Battle Begins
The Battle Begins
This week, Pastor Brad takes us into Exodus 7, where the battle between Pharaoh and God begins. Despite warning after warning, Pharaoh’s heart remains hard. Plague after plague strikes Egypt, but still he refuses to let God’s people go. Through it all, Moses and Aaron obey—demonstrating what humble, faithful obedience looks like in the face of resistance. God doesn’t ask for perfection—He asks for humility and trust. As we look at Pharaoh’s pride and stubbornness, we’re challenged to examine our own hearts. Are we walking in obedience, or resisting the God who’s calling us to freedom? Join us as we see how God moves with power to deliver His people—and how He still does today. ----------------------------------------------- The Book of Exodus is an ancient story with a timeless message. B.C. - A Study in Exodus takes us back 1,400 years before the birth of Jesus, yet every chapter points forward to Him. Through the Israelites’ journey—from slavery to salvation—we see glimpses of Christ in Egypt, the burning bush, the Ten Commandments, the Passover lamb, and the parting of the Red Sea. Their story is our story: a people in need of rescue, a God who redeems, and a journey of faith that still speaks to us today. 📍 Find us online: 🌐 fusiondurant.com 📘 facebook.com/fusionbibledurant
Remember Who's in Charge
Remember Who's in Charge
This week, Pastor Brad continues in Exodus 5–6, where Moses questions God in the middle of discouragement: “Why, Lord?” Pharaoh’s oppression has grown worse, and the people are losing hope. But God answers with a powerful reminder: “I am the LORD.” When life feels unfair and out of control, we’re invited to remember who’s in charge. God sees, He hears, and He hasn’t forgotten His promises. Join us as we’re reminded that even when we can’t see it—God is working. ----------------------------------------------- The Book of Exodus is an ancient story with a timeless message. Life is Hard
Life is Hard
This week, Pastor Brad takes us into Exodus 5, where Moses boldly delivers God’s command to Pharaoh: “Let my people go.” But instead of freedom, the Israelites face even harsher oppression. Pharaoh increases their workload, demanding the impossible, and the people begin to question Moses—and even God. Have you ever obeyed God, only to see things get harder instead of easier? The enemy wants us to believe that we have to work harder, earn more, and fight alone, but God reminds us that His grace is enough. Join us as we unpack what it means to trust God when life feels unfair, hold onto His promises in the face of opposition, and rest in the truth that He is always working, even when we can’t see it. ----------------------------------------------- The Book of Exodus is an ancient story with a timeless message. Never Too Late To Obey
Never Too Late To Obey
This week, Pastor Paul continues our journey through Exodus in Exodus 4:18-31, where Moses begins his return to Egypt—but not without challenges. Obedience to God's calling isn't just about saying "yes" once; it's a daily decision that starts at home and impacts those around us. Too often, we hesitate, putting conditions on our obedience—waiting for the right time, the right circumstances, or more certainty before we take the next step. But obedience isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about trusting that God does. If we’re unwilling to follow God fully in our own lives, how can we lead others to do the same? Join us as we unpack the power of obedience, the dangers of hesitation, and the freedom that comes when we stop waiting and start obeying. ----------------------------------------------- The Book of Exodus is an ancient story with a timeless message.
